Apple Devices:

Please follow the instructions below to remove your iCloud Account on your device:

1. On your device, Select the Settings and then select iCloud
2. Tap to turn off Find my iPhone (or Find My Device)
3. On your computer, log into iCloud.com
4. Click on Settings, then select All Devices
5. Choose the device that you're sending in and select Remove From Account

Android Devices:

Please turn off the activation lock on your android device by following these instructions:

1. On your device, navigate to the Settings app, then select Security
2. Select Find my Mobile and proceed to disable the Reactivation Lock
